Our process converts your existing rear wheel into a lenticular disc wheel, at a cost of only 40 to 50 grams of additional weight. We sell new disc wheels.

A rear disc wheel will save a well conditioned, 200 watt producing, cyclist 73 seconds in a 40KM time trial / International Distance Tri.

Zipp Disc Wheels & HED Disc wheels are wonderfully engineered and durable pieces of equipment, but their ridiculous cost (>$1000) most competitive cyclists. Unless you're sponsored or independently wealthy, a boutique disc wheel was out of the question, at least until now.

Our inexpensive, yet time demanding process uses the natural lenticular lens shape of a standard spoked wheel, and with a mylar-plastic heat shrink wrap we cover your existing wheel. The result is something unique, extremely lightweight, and just as aerodynamic as mass-production disc wheels.

Becacuse of extreme difficulty in covering customers' wheels, we've decided to only sell new wheels, as of August 1, 2009. If we've already agreed to cover your wheel, we will still honor that but from now on covering used wheels is not going to happen because of multiple liabilities.
